Vicki also works closely with a number of organisations to deliver Workshops and Webinars that tackle key issues fundamental for high performance and enhance advocacy, personal growth and productivity, not to mention optimising employee wellness and mental health.
These sessions (both remote and in-person) incorporate aspects of Vicki’s story, background and life experiences, but also bring in aspects of her Stress & Resilience coaching and a variety of tools and mindset methodologies used by high reliability organisations such as the emergency services, the military and elite sport.
They are developed collaboratively with the client team and are tailored to the specific cultural, wellbeing and strategic requirements of their workforce.
Vicki also works with Private Members Clubs, and lifestyle brand partnerships to create exclusive events and programming.
Each workshop or webinar combines discussion of concepts, tools and methodologies, basic insights into human psychology & physiology, assigned small cohort breakout tasks, facilitated group discussions and thought-provoking individual audits.
