Vicki works closely with you or your team to create the perfect live and virtual event for your audience. Vicki’s fees cover pre-booking calls to ensure alignment with your objectives and expectations, delivery of a high impact event and if desired, post-event social media engagement.

A longer call can be arranged to understand exactly what success looks like for you, so that content can be discussed and agreed upon, the logistics of the day discussed and timings agreed. Pre-orders for Vicki’s book can be placed at this time if desired.

Vicki will always send her slide deck to you by a pre-agreed deadline. This is a useful back-up on the day, or allows you to seamlessly set up all content if the slides need to be hosted on your internal platforms.

An optional call to check-in a few days before the event, including the opportunity to discuss technical requirements with your AV team.

Vicki will arrive at a pre-agreed time, leaving plenty of time for travel delays. She will work with the AV team to make sure her slides are running smoothly and that lighting, sound and stage directions are checked through. If you have ordered books, these will arrive at the venue on the day. These can be signed by Vicki if you wish. Vicki will run her own slides with a clicker and prefers a lapel mic or headset. After her talk she will stay to answer questions from audience members and discuss feedback if you wish to share any.

If you wish, Vicki can create post-event Linkedin or Instagram posts to continue the engagement and reinforce your key messages with your teams after your event is complete.
