Join me and Kate Smyth on a journey through the stunning Dolomites this Summer that will take you to a place you never thought possible. 

 

Kate and I are known for our achievements in extreme environments. We have both experienced life-changing personal growth and discovered our true capabilities by daring to step off the beaten track and into unknown worlds on mountains, in The Arctic, on The Pacific Ocean and in SAS military training environments.

The thrill of climbing via ferrata in the stunning Dolomites mountains in Italy is like no other. Feel your body come alive with adrenaline, let your authentic self embrace the spirit and simplicity of hut-to-hut living and learn some truly mind-altering techniques to change the way you deal with pressure and develop mental resilience you didn’t think you had.

 

So, how hard is it?
The physical endeavour is challenging but accessible for anyone from age 8-80. We ask that you are in good physical health and that you want to explore your limits.  The climbs will be managed by professional mountain guides and in the weeks prior to the trip, we will prepare you physically with in-person and remote training programmes.

 

You will carry everything you need with you. A backpack of no more than 8-10kgs is all you need.

 

You will have professional support and guidance throughout and all that remains is for you to trust yourself and get ready for an incredible adventure.

 

A typical day:

Rise at 6 am in our mountain huts

Al fresco breakfast consisting of…xxxx

Intention setting activity

Begin our climb – target 800m ascent, taking in the stunning views

Lunch on a mountain side made by our local guides

Continue our climb/descend to our next hut

Mental resilience activities, group & personal growth discussions

Star-gazing

Supper (typical meal) & sleep!

 

What you need to bring:

  • The bare minimum!
  • Approach/climbing/hiking shoes
  • A suitable backpack (20-25l)
  • Light layers/training clothing
  • A positive attitude and willingness to challenge your limitations!

A full kit list will be supplied in advance.

A maximum of 16 guests, with 4 mountain guides per 4 guests

 

Costs include:

  • All technical kit & expertise
  • Accommodation for 5 nights
  • Food for 5 days* 
  • Transfers
  • Remote and in-person physical training prior to the trip (optional)
  • Mindset coaching techniques prior to and during the trip
  • A ready made tribe of like-minded individuals to share the experience with

N.B Costs do not include flights, snacks for the trip, or restaurant meals on 2 evenings before and after the climb.

Balance payable  14 days prior to the trip.
